Watch our webinar recording “How Recruiters Can Help When Companies Aren’t Hiring” from April 7th with Talent Board – download the slides here.
Current events in world health and the stock market are unfolding hour by hour. There is uncertainty in what our businesses, supply chains, healthcare industry, education, and even entertainment will look like for the next few months. How long will this “new normal” last? We don’t know.
If your requisition load is slowing, it’s time to dust off that list of “to-do’s.” With the right mindset, you’ll see that list is a tool of actions you can take now to set up yourself and your teams for future hiring success and happy candidates.
During this informative webinar recording from April 7th, Talent Board President Kevin Grossman and Talent Acquisition Manager at Expert Velocity and CandE Consultant Adela Schoolderman will share their ideas what you should focus on now including:
- Employee engagement and company culture
- Deepening internal relationships
- “Silver medalist” candidates and runners up
- Don’t leave anyone hanging
- And more!
Watch our webinar recording “Maintaining Your Candidate Experience and Employer Brand During Uncertain Times” from March 26th with exaqueo and Talent Board – download the slides here.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) has quickly changed the way we recruit and hire in challenging and unexpected ways. While there is a great deal of uncertainly that lies ahead, one thing is for certain, life and work must go on. You’ll still have jobs to fill, candidates to keep warm and an employer brand to manage until we return to a (new) normal. The key thing many companies should be doing throughout is to keep all communication channels open for employees and candidates alike.
During this webinar recording from March 26th, exaqueo and Talent Board will cover the current impact on recruiting and hiring, how to assess your talent strategy during this time, and consider the importance and effect on your candidate experience and employer brand. Those organizations and HR and recruiting leaders who adapt now, who set expectations and provide personalized communication with even more clarity, will only be rewarded later for proactive planning. You’ll walk away with immediate actions and long-term planning considerations to help your organization, your team, and yourself.
