CandE Learning Scholarships Available

This course by Talent Board and is based on 10 years of Talent Board candidate experience benchmark research and best practices.

The 6-week certificate program was created to teach and share proven best practices in talent acquisition that improve recruiting and retention within organizations.

Talent Board is now offering professional development scholarships for Talent Acquisition professionals currently displaced by the COVID-19 pandemic, who are unemployed and looking for work. You do not have to be a member of the Talent Board CandE Community to apply.

The professional development scholarships will be awarded to one individual to participate in each of the upcoming scheduled courses in 2021. The scholarship will provide monetary support ($1,500 maximum) to participate in the CandE Learning Program.

Scholarship Requirements

  • Must be a HR or talent acquisition professional
  • Must have at least 3+ years of HR or talent acquisition experience
  • Must be currently looking for employment
  • Applicants must complete the application by June 4, 2021
  • The scholarship recipient must be available to start the self-paced CandE Learning Program on July 12, and be present for the weekly live learning sessions starting July 15 (Thursdays at 6 PM ET). This scholarship is non-transferable to future course dates.
  • The scholarship recipient will be notified on June 11, and other applicants thereafter
  • The scholarship recipient will be required to share their new learning publicly in some way (LinkedIn article, newsletter, blog, etc.) and reference and tag the Talent Board and CandE Learning Program
  • You will be responsible for completing all coursework by the designated deadlines in order to receive the official Certificate of Learning and up to 18 HRCI/SHRM CE credits

Applications must be received by June 4 and will be reviewed by the Talent Board team. The award recipient will receive a $1,500 credit to be applied to the Cande Learning Program registration fee. The selected recipient will be notified 2-3 weeks before the cohort starts and is non-transferable to another course date.
