A Little Attention Goes a Long Way with Job Postings, Applications and Phone Screens

Your job posting and application process are the equivalent of a candidate’s resume – creating their first impression of the opportunity and organization like their resume and application create your first impression of them.  From the posting to the phone screen, your active management of the process affects posting performance, candidate perception, and your organization’s reputation.

In this workshop on August 26th we will share and practice strategies for you to make sure your postings and application process are attracting and converting the best-possible candidates.  Take this time to develop an executable and worthwhile strategy for yourself to evaluate your process from the candidates’ perspective.

Takeaways:

  • What to consider in applying for your own role
  • Actively managing your posting for candidate flow
  • The criticality of timely candidate evaluation and disposition
  • How to prescreen for the role and more
