CandE Workshop: Building Strong Relationships with Hiring Managers

This CandE workshop on April 29th will include best practices from our CandE benchmark research and other important resources, as well as hands-on exercises with insight you can apply today to your recruiting and hiring practice. You’ll also learn why this is important to candidate experience including:
- Demonstrating credibility and showing that you have a plan that is repeatable for any job you’re hiring for
- Scheduling follow-ups to ensure consistency throughout the hiring process
- Learning how to be a consultative business partner, sharing market intel and ensuring timely candidate communications with all finalists
This 2-hour virtual workshop will be held on April 29 from 1-3 pm ET (10 am – 12 pm PT). Get 2 SHRM & HRCI credits for attending as well!
This is the second in a series of new virtual workshops that Talent Board is planning for 2021 for HR and recruiting leaders and their teams. Talent Board is the first nonprofit research organization focused on improving recruiting, hiring and the candidate experience.
