CandE Workshop: Getting Ready to Start New Hire Search
Are you recruiting for multiple types of positions, work with different hiring managers, work with hard-to-fill roles, new roles to the organization? Then this new and improved 2-hour virtual Talent Board CandE Workshop is for you!
Perhaps you have a new hiring manager, or a difficult one. Recently promoted HMs will be nervous about making decisions. HMs new to the business will have a preconceived idea about how recruiting works. Either they had a bad experience with a prior team that you need to turn around, or they had an excellent experience that they will expect from you.
This workshop will include best practices from our CandE benchmark research and other important resources, as well as hands-on exercises with insight you can apply today to your recruiting and hiring practice.
You’ll also learn why this is important to candidate experience including:
- Job descriptions are the first impression for an organization. Put our best face forward and present a document that is interesting, engaging, informative, and free of errors
- Help the wrong people to self-select out, avoid unnecessary future rejections
- Partnership with the hiring manager will build a relationship that means better communication in the future
This 2-hour virtual workshop will be held on March 25 from 1-3 pm ET (10 am – 12 pm PT). Get 2 SHRM & HRCI credits for attending as well!
