[Recording] Differentiating your Candidate Experience with Science

Embrace data throughout the recruitment process to understand candidate behavior, deliver outcomes and adapt to change.  Check out the webinar recording panel discussion below to learn more!

In this discussion on November 12th at 12p ET, Recruitment and Assessment expert Alyx Sparrow from the City and County of Denver will share specific examples of how they’ve designed and improved the entire candidate-experience – from attraction and sourcing, diversity, equity and inclusion, to pre-boarding and onboarding – using a data-driven approach.

How can Census data help with your DEI efforts?
How do you attract candidates on a tight budget?
What drives candidate engagement and attraction on social media channels?
How do managers virtually onboard employees they have never met in person?

We look forward to a rich and vibrant discussion, grounded in data and insight, on how to manage the candidate experience “as a science”.
