Global Head of Emerging Talent Consulting at Alexander Mann Solutions
Jane joined Talent Collective in 2019 and is currently Global Head of Emerging Talent Consulting. With a strong track record in talent management and HR change and transformation, she is responsible for leading and defining Early Career resourcing programmes and solutions for a cross-industry selection of key accounts.
Her breadth of experience ranges from overseeing complex outsourcing Graduate/Interns/Apprentices solutions and in-house Graduate programmes globally to designing leading Early Career recruitment strategies for multinational organizations. Jane’s client base and associated consulting projects span a number of sectors including Healthcare & Life Sciences, Engineering, Telecommunications, Transportation, IT, Investment & Retail Banking, as well as operating across 50+ countries including Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas. Jane is a thought leader and collaborator and operates across a broad stakeholder base, building strong relationships and always striving for excellence. Naturally curious, resilient, and steadfast, she works well in challenging environments to deliver at pace without compromising quality.
Jane brings extensive global leadership experience in early careers resourcing and development, and for the past twenty years has been responsible for building and driving industry award-winning strategic talent plans to attract, recruit, develop and retain best-in-class junior talent. She has worked in a variety of senior roles within the global investment banking and financial services industry with companies such as Credit Suisse, Fidelity and Barclays.
Jane holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and is currently studying part-time for a doctorate in HRM and organisational behaviour, focusing on graduate programmes and the future world of work.
Global Leader, Talent Attraction & Acquisition at EY
As Global Talent Attraction and Acquisition Leader, Dan is responsible for EY’s global recruiting strategy, including sourcing, attracting and hiring people with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Dan leads a team of more than 1,200 recruiters around the world who are responsible for hiring talent at all levels, across all EY’s locations and lines of business. With more than 20 years of recruiting experience, he also regularly consults with EY clients on their global recruitment and employer brand strategies.
Career experience: Before being named EY Global Talent Attraction and Acquisition Leader in 2017, Dan spent 18 years leading various EY recruiting functions in North and South America. Prior to his career in recruiting, he served as an auditor for financial services clients as a Certified Public Accountant. He also currently serves on the Americas Inclusiveness Advisory Council, a group of senior leaders focused on advancing the firm’s efforts related to belonging, equitable sponsorship, and accountability in the context of leading culture change.
Credentials and community involvement: Dan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Binghamton University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Fordham University. Dan regularly provides commentary for top media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, CNN, FORTUNE, Forbes, Fox Business and the New York Times, among others.
Dan is a former president and a longtime board member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), the leading US organization focused on the employment of the college-educated.
Dan is also active within his local community, serving as a volunteer firefighter for the Archville Fire Department and as a coach, referee and active supporter of youth sports in his hometown of Sleepy Hollow.
HR Consultant, Public Speaker & Transgender Educator
Ben Greene is an openly transgender man and proud advocate and DEI educator. After graduating from Brandeis University a year early, he began work running his own LGBTQ+ inclusion consulting firm, and works regularly with companies internationally to provide support and guidance on issues of inclusion. He received his official degree in computer science and is passionate about finding ways to use technology and data to drive understanding and change. He is also a member of generation Z, and is currently writing a book on how to be an impactful, active ally to all the trans people you know, and the ones you’ll meet in the future.
