Laura Mills joined Cognizant in November, 2019 following a 13 year career in campus recruiting and University Relations at a global professional services firm.

Laura is a seasoned Recruiting and Career Services professional with extensive experience working with both undergraduate and graduate students. She is unafraid to challenge the status quo and able to think strategically to develop and implement creative solutions. She currently serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council of Indiana University’s Luddy School.
