Everyone knows you have to prepare for an interview…you research the company, you prepare for questions and you may even look up the interviewers on Linkedin. But did you know that you have to prepare for your Job Search? Finding a job can be a full-time job in and of itself and it can get very discouraging to send out resume after resume and not get any hits. There are things you can do to increase your odds of getting a call back from a potential employer. And by spending time on the front-end preparing, will reduce time for finding your job.
