Micole Garatti

Micole Garatti is the Marketing Manager at Talview, the Founder & CEO at, the Author of The Most Inclusive HR Influencer List, and the Host of the #HRforAll Twitter chat. She’s built or consulted on marketing programs at several billion-dollar HR technology companies and is passionate about diversifying the HR and Influencer communities as well as creating space for new voices in the industry. She has her MBA from The College of William and Mary and a BA in English from the University of Florida.


Claire Petrie

Claire Petrie, PHR, SHRM-CP is the President of Claire Petrie HR & Training and Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition at Unifrax. She has more than seven years of successively diverse human resources management experience with privately-owned and publicly-traded global leaders. Claire holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in HR from the University at Buffalo and an MBA from Niagara University. She is an active SHRM member and SHRM blogger. She serves as Professional Development Director for the Buffalo Niagara Human Resources Association (BNHRA), Board Member for Empower Camp and Organizer for DisruptHR Buffalo. She currently resides in Buffalo, NY and was chosen as a Buffalo Niagara region Spotlight Professional in 2019.
