Employer Survey Registration and Participation

Although the CandE Awards is a competition, it exists to enable any company to benchmark and improve their candidate experience. Any company that is interested in enhancing the candidate experience they provide, regardless of sophistication, will benefit from participating in the benchmark process. The data submitted is treated confidentially and only the names of winning organizations will be released to the public. Company names of non participating registrants, non winners and Benchmark only participants will not be disclosed.

Candidate Viewpoint Survey Data

Companies participating in the Candidate Experience Awards and Benchmark Program are responsible for inviting their candidates to respond to the survey, not Talent Board. All responses to the Candidate Experience – Candidate Viewpoint Survey are anonymous and will only be made available to the participating company who invited their candidates to respond. No candidate contact information is requested or collected in the survey.
