[Recording] Research Webinar: The State of Hourly and High-Volume Hiring in 2023

Check out the webinar recording below with AMS and Talent Board to learn more!

The challenges of recruiting and hiring workers for high volume and hourly positions are numerous and varied. The pool of available hourly workers has decreased the past few years, making it more difficult to find qualified candidates for open positions. Retention is also a bigger challenge, as hourly workers continue to be more likely to leave their jobs than non-hourly workers, requiring employers to continually recruit and train new hires, a costly and time-consuming process.

Despite these challenges, new research from AMS and Talent Board reveal how businesses can make recruiting for high volume and hourly roles easier and more effective through the judicious use of helpful technologies and by creatively streamlining the recruiting process. Recruiting and hiring teams communicating effectively with hourly workers can help businesses to manage candidate expectations and ultimately reduce turnover for those who are hired.

Join Kevin Grossman, Talent Board president, as he moderates an insightful discussion about new joint research with AMS, featuring Managing Director/EVP of Hourly by AMS Jeanette Leeds, AMS Managing Director/EVP Client Services Chip Holmes, and AMS Senior Vice President / Client Director Christina Coyle.
